   Yet another well known local chef Adam D'Sylva (Coda and Tonka) is the creative culinary director of Lollo. You'll find this luxe locale in the shiny new W Hotel, Flinders Lane - at the historic, Customs House end of town. It's D'Sylva's Italian-Indian heritage, seen through a contemporary Melbourne lens, so expect black truffle on a sourdough "Lollo Monsieur", and pizza with eggs, triple-smoked ham, scamorza and passata for Mother's day breakfast. Or duck lasagne, and Fremantle octopus with green papaya, makrut lime and roasted shallot dressing at lunchtime!
